Heavy gears such as Internal gears, Planetary gears, Forged gears, Broached gears, Special profile splines and Ring gears are manufactured for the Earth Moving Equipment and Sugar / Cement industries.
Special profile hob and gear cutters:
We have special profile gear hob and gear shaper cutters for generating special profiles for the items including spline shafts, timing belt pulleys and worm gears.

We have the capability to manufacture Engine Flanges / Housings / Flywheels, Gear Boxes, as a separate component or as sub-assemblies. We can also manufacture precission-machined components / Sub-assemblies according to customer specification. The materials including cast-iron, SG iron and aluminum can be sourced from the local foundries.
